Cancellation by Agrobios

Please note there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situation that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or error in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If all order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the raise amount will be reversed back in your card account.

Cancellations by the customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel order that have already been processed and shipped out of us. Agrobios has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Agrobios and accept Agrobios decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds will be handled as per the standard cancellation policy.

How do I cancel my order? or How do I return a product ordered?

For outright cancellations by you: For cancelling an ordered item or the entire order, contact us by phone and ask for Cancellations Dept. If you cancel your order, before the item has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount received by us as advance payment. In case of overseas transactions, we will process the refund for the amount received by us in Indian Rupees, the amount may be different from the one charged to you in your home currency depending upon the currency rates applicable at the time of order placement and processing the refund and also the policy of your credit card company for charges and refunds. Seek our cancellation number for reference and correspondence. If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped, you can do one of the following:

  • If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
  • If the product has already been delivered to you, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Agrobios (India) does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our office/warehouse. At our discretion, we may issue a refund without requiring a return. In this situation, Agrobios does not take responsibility/title to the refunded item. See Returns & Exchanges Policy for more details.
